The Brief
What They Needed
Yorkshire Access Assessor carries out JCQ-compliant exam access arrangement assessments for schools, colleges and sixth forms, including Form 8 completion, standardised testing and SENCo consultancy, backed by more than 15 years in the classroom from KS3 to KS5. The people visiting are not the general public. They are SENCos, exams officers and school leaders who need to know, fast, that an assessor is properly qualified before trusting them with a student’s exam arrangements.
The Challenge
What Made It Tricky
School staff looking for an assessor are nearly always working to a JCQ deadline. They want proof of credibility and a quick way to book, not a chain of emails. On top of that, one site had to speak to SENCos, exams officers, senior leaders and parents or carers, and each of them cares about something slightly different.
