Do I need a new website?
Not on Lite. We connect FourLoop to the enquiry form on the website you already have, plus your Meta and Google lead ads. Want a brand new site, built around it from day one, with SEO and AI search optimisation running too? That is what Pro is for.
Who sends the texts?
The system does, from your business name, using wording we agree with you at setup. You can edit any message yourself.
Where do I log in?
There is no dashboard to learn. Every lead lands in a shared log you can check from your phone or computer, and all the texting happens through your FourLoop number, so you just reply like any other message.
What happens to my existing customers?
We import them, so your seasonal reminders (boiler services, gutter clearing, habitation checks, part-exchange offers) go out automatically.
Is it compliant?
Yes. Every message includes an opt-out, customers are only messaged about services they enquired about, and you get a signed data processing agreement.
What if I cancel?
On Lite, any time, with 3 months' notice. Pro runs on a 12-month term alongside your website, in line with our standard website terms, then moves to the same 3 months' notice. Either way, we will export your leads for you.
